Our Waterproofing Process
1. Roof Inspection and Moisture Survey

2. Substrate Preparation
Failed seams, blistered sections, and compromised penetration flashings are repaired before the waterproofing membrane is applied. A watertight substrate is the foundation of a watertight finished system.
3. Seamless Membrane Application
Silicone or elastomeric waterproofing is applied as a seamless monolithic layer over the prepared surface. Unlike conventional membranes, the seamless system eliminates the seam failures that account for the majority of flat roof leaks.
4. Inspection and Documentation
After application, we inspect mil thickness at multiple points across the roof and provide written documentation of all work. Qualifying systems include a 20-year manufacturer-backed warranty.
