Our Restoration Process
1. Assessment and Moisture Scan
We begin with a full roof walk and moisture survey using infrared or nuclear testing. This tells us the insulation condition below the membrane - the single most important factor in whether restoration is viable. Wet insulation changes the entire scope.
2. Surface Prep and Detail Work
Existing seams, penetrations, parapet flashings, and drain rings are addressed before any coating is applied. Detail work determines the quality of the finished system. We do not coat over failed seams - we repair them first.
3. Coating Application
Silicone or elastomeric coating is applied in multiple passes to achieve the specified mil thickness. For qualifying roofs, the application is manufacturer-certified, which is a requirement for the 20-year warranty.
4. Final Inspection and Warranty
We inspect the finished system before leaving the site. On warranted systems, the manufacturer issues the warranty certificate directly. You receive documentation of all work performed, materials used, and warranty terms.
